SPA COVER THREE-YEAR LIMITED
WARRANTY Spa Cover
Central(SCC) warrants, to the original purchaser only, that
said Spa Cover shall be free from defects in workmanship(seams, Handles, TD straps, Etc.)
for a period of three years* from the date of purchase. Defects in materials occurring
within one year from original date of purchase will be repaired or replaced, at the option
of SCC, without charge. Defects in workmanship occurring within the three year period from
original date of purchase will be repaired or replaced, at the option of SCC without
charge: The warranty obligations of SCC shall be limited to repair or replacement of the
product and it shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount
for consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property
using or used in or In connection with the .product, or for loss of profits or other costs
or expenses of any kind or character. There are no warranties or representations by SCC
other than as set forth herein, either express or implied, and no person, firm or
corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name
or on behalf of SCC except as stated herein. This warranty applies only during normal use and care and is
absolutely VOID if the product is misused*, neglected*, or damaged*, after delivery to the
original purchaser, or if it has been repaired or altered by someone other than SCC, or if
it has been used for any purpose other than a spa or hot tub cover. * EXCLUSIONS This warranty does not Include damage Incurred by Improper use of
the SPA COVER as outlined below. 1.
Failure to provide
reasonable and periodic maintenance. See Care and Maintenance
("C" & "M"). 2.
Normal fading and minor
deterioration of exterior surfaces. 3.
Abrasive surfaces chafing or
wring holes in material. 4.
Warped, broken, or heavy
foam inserts and aluminum channels are not warranted. 5.
Exposure to extreme heat
(125), extreme cold (-30), and excessive inclement weather. 6.
Direct exposure to any
chemicals, (Vinyl Cleaners) or abrasive materials. 7.
Defects caused by a
component, or part which is not part of the SPA COVER. 8.
Freight to and from SCC, to
be paid by purchaser. OUR BEST COVER IS DESIGNED TO HOLD A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DEAD
WEIGHT LOAD, IT IS NOT DESIGNED TO BE A SAFETY COVER |
