THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE COVER
* Marine Grade Vinyl is used on the exterior of the cover
Vinyl Properties:

Weatherometer (1500/hrs Minimum)

100% Polyester Backing
Antimicrobial treated (Mold & mildew)
-20 Deg. Cold Crack
100% Virgin Vinyl
* The Inserts are 3" to 2" Sloped With R value of 12, OR 4" to 2" Sloped R value of 16.
*The Density is 2# per cubic ft. Wrapped and HEAT SEALED in a 4 Mil treated Plastic.
* Our Inserts are supported with a FULL 3" Aluminum "C" Channel for maximum support.

* The two halves of the cover are hinged with a reinforced hinge for many years openings and closings. A heat seal tub is sewed in between the two halves to seal the gap

* The bottom of the cover is made of an open vinyl mesh: allowing moisture to drip back into the tub as well as letting the the cover breathe when it is off the tub.
* The handles and tie down straps are reinforced with nylon and sewed into the skirt for maximum strength.
*Placement of the Handles and Tie down Straps are 36" Apart on the Ends parallel to the Hinge
* The Zippers are nylon and the zipper pulls are baked enamel to prevent rust and corrosion.
* We use a Polyester (size 92) Heavy weight Thread to prevent Deterioration from the Sun And Weather.
* The zippers are double stitched,and the entire cover has top stitching around the skirt.

* The standard skirt is 2" from the bottom of the cover, Spilt at the corners to lay out easily .
